I am late to the comments, but i am going... Already reserved my cheap Days inn hotel room right in HHI ( i always stay at that hotel... Never had an issue)

We have reserved our hotel for five days.

I called MB event registration about cancelation policy. You can cancel as late as two weeks before without incurring a charge.
