• Hi Guest !

    Welcome to the 500Eboard forum.

Since its founding in late 2008, 500Eboard has become the leading resource on the Internet for all things related to the Mercedes-Benz 500E and E500. In recent years, we have also expanded to include the 400E and E420 models, which are directly related to the 500E/E500.

We invite you to browse and take advantage of the information and resources here on the site. If you find helpful information, please register for full membership, and you'll find even more resources available. Feel free to ask questions, and make liberal use of the "Search" function to find answers.

We hope you will become an active contributor to the community!

I'm planning on traveling up to Connecticut the 1st thru 4th of September to swap and trade some parts with other members and would like to know if anyone may be interested in a meeting for lunch, dinner, or get together at Limerock. Let me know your thoughts if so. I've wanted to meet some of you NE members since this forum began. I would be interested in a local version of Cars and Caffeine instead of Limerock if that's more agreeable and available at the said time of month.

I will be at Lime Rock Park, Sunday the 4th in the car show Drew...but in the wife's Cabriolet ! Look for me in the Mercedes corral, usually we are parked in the big bend just at the end of the straight.

I live on the other side of the state from Lime Rock...about 1.5 hours. Are you maybe staying at the Interlaken Inn?

I haven't made arrangements yet, Jim. I'm also still deciding on exact days and length of stay. I'll be meeting with another member coming from the northeast side of the state too. Any other tips on reasonable overnighting are appreciated. I'll keep you posted.

Interlaken is about the only place to stay that is reasonable (under $200 a nite) and closest to the track. The Cornwall Inn, White Hart and the Manor House are nice too but can be pricey. No chain hotels are in that area.

Bed and breakfast; like Locust tree.

Text me when you get up here (860) 202-4554. 👍
