Still waiting for the 4th outer lip i ordered.My ocd peaked when the new one I ordered for the one front rim ,was a tad different looking than the one original i was not replacing.So i had to get the 4th one new aswell.
I do have to get these wheels spot on, as they are worth the most in perfect condition.. both money wise, but most importantly ,on a personal satisfaction type level

Received some cool parts today.
NOS front side,rear subframe bushings.

Finally , a job that I have delayed for a year..because the job requires patience to pull it off.
But man ,that paid of
Before engine bay was " touched". This is back in 2018,when i first got to know this car,as previous owner brought in to my workshop, to let me take care of the car service wise etc.Engine bay stayed like this until i took over the car, 23rd of May, 2025.

Light sanding the raised letters


Degrease it


Tools of choice

Cut the "foam thingy" to the same width as the lettering


Hammerite. Really dont know how well it will the paint will stick after some time ,but at least it will stay on for the first show im attending in just two weeks.


Lightly dab it on,make sure to not touch other areas of the plastic. I did have to remove some paint spill ,using my hobby grade paint remover. Went smoothly.
