i am currently making new timing covers to bolt 99 heads too 92 closed deck blocks. It will use the original timing component’s from 92 block. I am just modernizing the front cover and adding bolting capabilities for the heads to the cover. Cleaner than the m117 timing cover.

for anyone interested, i am the only shop i know of in the U.S. doing sleeves on open/closed deck blocks for high hp builds as well as offering mild to extreme build pistons, and rods. Again more orders mean i can finally drive price down!

it will be hard yes, but i think 10 people got price down too $3,150.00 plus tax. but again all my stuff is billet aluminum not casted.

here is my 1995 E420 chassis.
It is motor swapped.
custom built m119

1 off custom billet intake manifold 6” intercooler core bolted in. Custom billet fuel rails, methanol injector’s, dbw Motion icon throttle body “relocated to front of manifold”. LS style.

closed deck blueprinted block, bored over and merged sleeves, custom rods, pistons and is twin turbo.

Running fueltech standalone/harness’s running on methanol, pcs transmission standalone, swapped in 722.6 and built trans/trans brake, amg bluetop solenoids ,valve body. 3500 stall Converter.
