Mercedes Xentry ISPPI Parts - Not Available to US Residents

My annual renewal for Xentry Parts lookup that I have paid for every year for the past 15 or so years appears to be NLA (I had to use that...) for US Residents. I re-subscribed 2 weeks ago for about $132 or so and the screens I used to use pointed me to a B2B site and I have not been able to access Xentry parts lookup since my renewal. Frustrated, I finally sent an email to MB and the below is the reply I received.

I thought MB and all manufacturers who sell in the US are required to provide parts lookup and diagrams to US residents? I replied back asking for a refund. I will challenge the charge on my credit card as well. I buy lots of parts and have bought well over $100k in parts over the years from MB dealers. I absolutely rely on accurate parts diagrams and part #'s for my VIN for my restoration of my AMG widebody. This sucks.

Anyone have different results?

Al

Ok, got a further reply from Xentry on my email and their reply was to click on the StarTek page Subscribe button and to select Purchase Option J2534 - for $6,664.00 to get Xetnry Parts access in the US. SMFH! Demanded a refund of the $104.13 I paid two weeks ago.....

I think MB believes you want access to a B2B package but that’s not what you’re after. You should contact isppartsinformationsupport@mbusa.com. Ask for directions to renew your consumer parts catalog subscription. I think I paid $112 back on April for my renewal.
They should reply within a day or two.

Peter

I sent a screenshot to what I paid for 2 weeks ago that also showed my subscriptions over the past several years - clearly showed the annual 1-year access to Parts. But, I will use the email link you provided and see if there is a magic door I am missing. I have used the exact same link to Xentry that I have saved and used for the past several years once they went away from EPC, and that link is what is directing me to B2B links now. We will see what the reply is.
