Stock brakes on all 1994 E500 are Ate brand, for 320x30mm discs.

I can't tell from the photo exactly which calipers are installed. Can you post a photo of the caliper? It looks like you have aftermarket calipers, not factory.

The brake pads are the same for early 500E with either Brembo or Ate brakes, and late 500E/E500 with the larger Ate brakes. Aftermarket calipers will use different pads.

I am 100% certain those are not factory original brakes. Those calipers were not installed on any 1990's Mercedes from the factory.

Someone upgraded to Brembo aftermarket calipers. You'll need to do research to find the correct replacement pads.
