It took about 15 minutes and all you need is a 10mm 1/4" drive socket, a 2" extension and a 10mm wrench (plus the torx bit to get the top cover off). You don't have to take the unit out. The bracket is designed so the bushings will slide out if they are all three loosened.
I cannot believe the difference when I start the engine. The bushings (part no. 123 987 00 39), were 84 cents each at Parts.com. It's well worth the time if they are the originals. As you can see from the pictures, mine were hardened and cracked.
