Hi,

I have ran into an issue. I have an E36 AMG, literally the AMG version of the E 320 wagon. It does have ASR like the 500, and I am in need of a right rear wheel speed sensor.

The part I need is the A 124 540 22 17, which is NLA. The 420/500 uses a sensor A 124 540 24 17 which is still obtainable. Both my E36 and the V8 cars use the same rear diff housing, don't know about the insides.

Does anyone have a picture of this sensor, so I can use for comparison? I think they might be interchangeable with maybe different cable length, but you never know what MB might have "invented"..

Does anyone have a picture of one of the rear ASR wheel speed sensors from a 400/420/500?

I am searching one for a 124.092, which is no longer available, but the 124.034 and .036 use the same rear diff housing and different sensor part numbers. Might be that only the cable length is different, but don't know for sure. Might be interchangeable, but I need a picture to maybe make it clear.
