I look for a set too, in case somebody wants to part with two sets!
FYI, you can use the R129 seal A1298270298 to replace the NLA part A1248270898.
No, it is differently other part.
A1248270798 inner part is available to buy
A1248270898 out seal is NLA
If you have lower seal A1248270798, you can use A1298270298 as the upper seal. You can read more about it here:

I bought the R129 upper seal and it's shaped quite a bit different than the W124 upper seal. However I didn't try to install it yet... fiddling with it "off the car" didn't look promising. But the photo in post #4 on the BW thread sure looks good... almost looks like the 124 part instead of the 129.
