Wanted: Can anyone help with these parts please. The switch surround I need with at least two more holes, ideally one with all holes. And the rear wood part for the centre compartment. I don’t need the roller cover, just the part in front.

Jay, you should be able to source the HVAC panel with 8 holes from eBay as it was semi-common. The wood with 9 holes is very, very hard to locate and NLA from MB. The front wood piece on the console box (also NLA) may require buying a complete console box.
Keep in mind that replacement pieces won't match the color or grain of the other wood in your car. You may want to send your existing pieces to Madera Concepts for restoration / refinishing. They can also cut more holes in the HVAC wood so you can get all 9 holes.
