500E CLUB shared a post.He is using w140 hub and axle. I believe that the bearing is same as W124 wagon. so almost as same as my project. excellent alternative!

190 v12 project update
Took me a little longer then i wanted but got some things done.
Got the rear axle complete removed And know going to mod. It to fit the s600 wheel hub And bigger axles
