hello fellow members, i am after the lower plastic fender mouldings or even
complete, if you have these items let me know.

cheers, lowlow

You have a 500E in Sydney Mr lowlow? Do tell.

I don't have a 500e, these cars never came
to Australia I have a standard w124 and I
am making it look like a 500e, I just happend
to find a pair of front fenders here in australia
i was amazed, purchased both for $270 Rear gaurd
flare is simple I have found the solution for that
and that is to use front standard fenders, front left to
rear right and front right to rear left.

Don't forget that you also need the 500E rocker panels to match the fenders, otherwise it won't look right... check out this car, it has the correct 500E rocker on the right side, but does not have it on the left side.

You'll also need the 500E bumper, although it may be possible to modify a standard 124 bumper (stock, AMG, or otherwise) to match the flared fenders.

Cool, good luck with your project. It would be interesting to know what would happen if you went into your local Benz dealer parts counter in Sydney and gave them a part number from a 500E, would they get it for you or send you back out the door?

To days ago I asked about the chrome garnish for
the front bumper they can get them only $500
each, lol, so I got the part number and found a site
in Europe somewhere they sell them for $199 each, so
if you want the parts you can get them here.

Hi, I'm from Poland but now fighting in Afghanistan together with your troops :hide1:. My W124 E420 is waiting 4 me in garage :) . My colleague is making copies of E500 fenders of durable plastic. He sold me the right and left front fender for $ 450. Now I'm waiting 4 copy of front bumper. :)
