Weird noise at idle

I don't hear anything significant in the video... I'd turn up the radio unless a particular noise gets louder.

Run it for a bit if it's not really outrageous. I've found that synthetic oil has a tendency to quiet down lifters if they're tapping after a few hundred miles. I've had similar situations in two cars I've owned with M119s where they had a lifter tick when I got them, changed them over to Mobil 1, and after maybe 500-1,000 miles they quieted down.

It did this in my R129 which had a couple of oiler tubes that had their ends popped, too, so there were lifters that weren't getting full pressure at idle.
