500E Weird vibration

During the summer a weird vibration has developed in my 1993 500E. If the car has been standing for a few hours (or overnight for that matter), there seems to be a bad vibration from the right rear side of the car. It's only at low speeds. Both in drive and reverse. If I drive the car. stop it and drive away again the vibration is not there.

It's like... what? It can't be a wheel, I'm sure. The rubber joints on the propshaft looks good. Could it be a driveshaft going out - and if so, shouldn't the vibration be more consistent?
