What does the ABS/ASR module control?

Hello,
I know this is a very old thread....
But I could not figure out how to start a new one!!

I have a quick question,
What does the ASR module ( 013-545-39-32 ) control?
Trying to figure out an issue that I have with my car!

Christophe, the ASR module is for ASR (traction control) and ABS (anti-lock braking system).

So, it would have nothing to do with idle, right?
What module would control the Throttle body? the E-gas module?

Correct.

What module would control the Throttle body? the E-gas module?

The E-GAS module controls the throttle body (ETA) and also regulates idle speed.
