What kind of rims do I have

Assuming those are 18" wheels, they are likely from a late R129 (SL) roadster. Are they the same width front & rear, or are the rears wider?
Your car has the rare, correct Euro 500E headlights... hope you have Lamin-X (or similar) protective film applied to those!
