I saw that video earlier today also.
It looks like a stock 16" W140 rim or W124 [emoji3]
There is a lot of W140's and W124's in Turkey but very few 500E's.

Went off clearly from a W126, look carefully. Very beginning.
And yes, it is a 8 Whole oem wheel....
