Went to grab a coffee this AM and noticed a parking spot on PCH 101 just in front of this 500E. Anyone know the owner? I snapped a VIN shot. Can delete if not appropriate. Don't see the issue however.

Clear coat was failing in a few spots, a few small dents on the rear below the license plate panel, bumpers scuffed a bit and wheel chrome wasn't great. Interior was grey and looked pretty good. Looks like a solid, original car.

To the owner: if you live nearby there are five more cars (at least) and May 18 we are all heading up to the Mercedes classic center for a tour.

Doug

I don't believe I've seen that one before. Hopefully the owner will see this thread.

If I'm reading the VIN correctly (WDBEA36E9PB939975) it translates into paint code 122, Pearl Gray, which is quite rare on the .036 chassis! Wow. I'd guess Justin's car (J-sauce) but he had wrapped his...? Hmmm.

:detective:

Justin's car is Plasti-dipped, at least it was the last time I saw it.

Maybe the good weather is bringing out these cars, I saw 3 in the past 2 weeks.

1 - Burgundy
1 - Green
1- Black (may have been Norm)

I have also seen a White one around here.

Yes, mine is still plasti-dipped for the time-being. Debating removing it soon though. That car looks to be in better condition than mine as far as the exterior.

A buddy of mine spotted a 500E in downtown Riverside over the weekend. Black on 18" AMGs.
