MB Classic Germany shows the first part number available (upper plate), but not the second (main bracket).

1243281240 was only used on 124 chassis sedans / coupe / cabrio with SLS, but in USA, SLS was a very rare option. You'll likely need to find one from a salvage yard / breakers in Europe.
Random 500e question: How does the little plate above the bracket mount to the body?
