0.8 -1mm wear in chain banana.

Do i need to replace it? Its below 1 mm wear! Original MB banana is nla and Febi is not my taste! Same wear in in the lover guide,behind the front cover,even maybe more! My engine chain was 4-5 degree off! To replace banana,i must remove harmonic balancer and for that i need crank locking tool! So,i hope you say,that banana wear up to 1 mm is ok?

Its hard to say really.The guides are obviously not new anymore.But wearwise, i would not say that they are worn out,but honestly i do not know how much will be tolerable. Can you see any other damage to them?Have you had the oilpan off , to inspect if there is any broken parts? When it comes to the harmonic balancer.You dont need a locking tool to remove this. You only need to remove the smaller bolts around the big bolt. Only issue that might pop up,is that the harmonic balancer is stuck on the center hub of the crankshaft..which it was indeed on my previous 500e. I struggled for almost 6 hours to get it off. But i refused to take off the centerbolt,just because i did not want to deal with the holding tool etc at the time.
Also...4.-5 degrees off isnt " that much" if i remember correctly. And i really dont think the wear of 1mm on the guides are what causes that.

119.980 dont have balancer small bolts,only one big center bolt! Oil pan was out and there was no pieces of guides,only oil tube missing round caps and lot of sludge!

Ahhh bummer ...didnt know you had the 980. engine. Well..then there is only one thing to do regarding that .What is the reason for you doing the checks in the first place? any rattling sounds etc?or

Three plastic oil tubes was broken! And timing was 4-5 degree off! So,i desaided to replace broken oil tubes(half was already replaced),all lifters and chain guides,i have accsess with!

I'd leave the banana rail alone if the wear is not excessive. You just don't know if the aftermarket banana will last or not.
