FOR SALE 034 cluster on eBay (Azusa, CA)

Yup, that is from a 92-93 400E, a non-CA version with no CEL. The ASR cluster will work fine in a non-ASR car, the ASR lights just won't ever illuminate. And, this will work on all years of 034. The temp LCD is a bonus. Price isn't a super deal given the yellow needles but those can be painted, and there is a "make offer" button with free shipping. The tach is identical to the 500E tach, btw.

Note the seller's feedback is less than stellar and I expect the claim of "TESTED IN EXCELLENT WORKING CONDITION" is pure BS. However, these don't often have failures and at least some of the gauges should work correctly.

Thanks for posting, Drew!

Lol. If someone wants a 1992 .034 cluster, I’ll go get one for them at my local wrecking yard and sell it for cost + postage (sans temp display). $150 — what a joke. That’s a $30-35 part all day at the wrecking yard !!
I agree - it is a ~$35 part at most self-service yards! The problem is, not everyone lives near a yard to pick up stuff like this. And, ASR clusters are much harder to find. Not to mention 034's are vanishing from salvage yards, I haven't seen one for a long time.

Add the LCD temp display and another $25-$30 for shipping (these aren't small after swaddling in bubble wrap) and something closer to $100 doesn't seem too outrageous. But yeah, I wouldn't want to pay $150 for it unless I needed it real badly.

:grouphug:

Edit: Last 034 that I've seen in the junkyard was Dec-2021... previous was Nov-2020. Nothing in the past year.

I posted the cluster in response to a memory I have of a board member in need of one recently. 034s have disappeared from the salvage yards here in metro Atlanta. I actually have one I'd sell however it's infested with the "dots" badly. For me, the value is in the clean casing.

Agree, $150 is a bit high.

I have an ASR cluster in my basement from an 034 if someone REALLY needs it. And I can get this one that just came into the yard here (non-ASR) if someone REALLY needs it. I left it in the car as I didn't really think anyone would want it.

I would sell my .034 cluster for $100 shipped -- about $30-35 of that cost would be the shipping !!
