﹒Project car imported from Japan circa 6 years ago and UK registered i am the 2nd owner
﹒i bought this car in 2021 as a project car and started work on it and the following work was has been done by myslef
The bodywork is in general good order and as it came from Japan there is no rust, it has had paint over its life but looks smart, however there is no service history and i assume this was all lost during the import process
Even though this is a 1993 model manufactured Sept 92 it has a UK P registration which would indicate 1996 but i think the reason for this is that the true original registration date could not be fully established during the import process. The mileage is 126K Kms on the clock but i can not guarantee that his is correct.
Most of the above works were completed a few years ago and then other projects took priority so it was left for a while and earlier this year I had renewed energy and sorted out the final few issues such as fuel pump and a new ECU, exhaust etc to get it ready for MOT
And thats when it went wrong suddenly there was a very bad noise from the engine and it would appear that a big end bearing has gone on no 1 cylinder. It still starts and runs but cant really be driven, it either needs the engine to be rebuilt but asi underwent this is very expensive, i have looked at what’s available and ther appears to be a few good engines one in Germany for circa £4.5K inc box and all ancillary’s which i think would be a good choice
It is with sadness that i have decided to sell it in its current state but i have other priorities at the moment and just can’t take the time to deal with this now hence my my decision to sell it

- New Eibach Suspension and shocks all round slightly lowered suspension
- New ventilated discs and pads all round
- Refurbished calipers all round
- Lower Front Wishbones replaced
- Rebuilt Radiator and new fan coupling
- New Headlights as the original lenses were tarnished but fitted with the original Glass
- All new Bosch plug leads, Dizzy caps, ignition coils and ignition module
- New ECU
- Upgraded Exhaust system just fitted
- The Carlson Wheels were fully Refurbished and new tyres all round
- The Sunroof was not working but this has been fixed and new headlining fitted as the original was sagging
