If you mean using the built-in button+LED on the passenger side next to the CAN box, that is reading CEL codes from the Diagnostic Module. Code #5 is for EGR, not O2.
Check all vacuum hoses, especially those related to the EGR valve. There are switchover valves located behind the passenger headlight, fun to access.
