Just went through this saga with my 400e.
You’re going to have to pay big money and hopefully find one on eBay. Or use nissens. Depending on how nice your car is.
Nissens is acceptable quality, but for a nice collector grade 500e I would want OE.

I think I read that there are two types of behr.
One is OE quality and one is aftermarket quality. Made in different countries. I can’t remember the specifics it’s in this forum somewhere.
Between behr aftermarket or nissens I’d probably try the behr but it’s a toss up.
They will custom make a radiator according to their website.

The 400E/500E radiators are NLA from both Behr and Mercedes.
Try Nissens instead. Or you can get a full-custom all-aluminum radiator made somewhere (likely $1k-$2k, although nobody has gotten a formal quote yet, that I know of).
