Hi guys,

I am looking for asr module and throttle body actuator and below mentioned are the part number. Its for a 1993 pre face lift 400e.

Actuator:- 000 141 7725 or 000 141 7925 or 000 141 9425

Asr module :- 013 545 3932

Thanks

FYI... your pre-facelift car cannot use ETA # 000-141-94-25, which has the late-style connector. The early & late connectors are not interchangeable. The change occurred with the facelift.

Try eBay for the ASR module, there are a bunch out there for <$150 USD. These modules almost never fail IME.

I believe I have a few spare ASR modules. I will check my basement shelves, and post photos of appropriate units.

Unfortunately all of my spare ETAs are for cars with the later connector.

I recommend that you send your ETA to Don Roden in Alabama, for a full rebuild/refurbishment of all internal parts and interior/exterior wiring, and a three-year full warranty. Search the forum for information to contact Don.

PM’ed you re: 000 141 7925

There are few on ebay but mostly without asr. There is one seller and i have messaged him lets see what he says… i have two 400e one black 1992 and the other is silver 1993. We exchanged the parts at it seems asr module and throttle actuator is the culprits. My mechanic gave me the list of part numbers that can be used so i posted them.

I have zero knowledge to all this but i try my best to search and learn also keep the cost low for repairs lol as mechanic is not gonna take hassle to search forums and other venues for parts he will just order them. So, pardon my ignorance and I appreciate all the knowledge.

FYI.... the ETA and ASR module would be responsible for completely different problems.

Since you have 2 different 400E's both with ASR, you can do some testing yourself by swapping modules between cars, and save some diagnostic costs at the mechanic.
