Today my friends...is a big day for me.
After a long build period i test drove my supersharged 500E with 722,6 gearbox today.
It feels great to finaly hear the roar from the new dual 2,5" ss exhaust!
Now this drive was just a careful test to see everyting worked as it should.
Al gears, displays, gages, meth and coolers worked fine.....
Tomorrow there will be gearbox oil and filter change.
After that im curious to test some WOT.
I have the ole fejer unit and Rotrex supercharger.
More info later, now a cold beer and sleep!

Best regards Anders.

Re: At last, s/c 722,6

Sounds awesome!

You have to post some vid here!

Im planning to do the same on my 400E, i allready have Albrex supercharger and parts but have to fix other issues first.

I was thinking to use 722.6 also or maybe even manual.

Sounds great! Did you supercharge an M119, or swap in an M113 Kompressor engine?

As Dave said-

Lots of eye candy would be fantastic. I'd be amazed if anyone else on the list converts one- maybe Jono. Jono did ITB's on a 5 liter with bigger cams(I think they were some AMG 6.0 cams).

Yes, its a 119 of course!
it made +450 at the wheel with stock exhaust and no meth.
That was two years ago and after some 0-200 test the old 722,3 went bad ;)
intersting to se if i can do better 0-100 and 0-200 now with better and faster gearchanges.

I guess it has also a very nice linear power delivery like my Vortech charged M117?
What rotrex unit do you use?
I upgraded my charger this summer from a Vortech S1 S trim to a V7 YSI gets about 2/3 more air volume pumped... Made with the old S trim 447WHP and the charger was as good as maxed out. The new should be easily get me to the 600whp range.
