I’m not sure how many are out there but I agree, not necessarily because of the roof, more the fugly spoiler.
My guess is it has the 3.8 liter motor. They have all sorts of power plants in Euro cars that we never see in the US.
@R129 UK Gents at patina collective bought this car from the UK, funnily enough, and also very recently.
I believe that the car was sourced by Sira car collector if you’re familiar; he does lots of work with the patina collective and has helped source the majority of their cars that come from our end.

I did look up the reg (which I often do when viewing YouTube car videos) and noticed that it was still showing as technically a UK car and not exported with a last V5C dated Feb 24.
I’ve not heard of Sira before, is that a company or an individual?
He’s an individual, I believe he’s worked with patina for a long time now (more or less from the beginning) sourcing cars. He’s in a few of their videos.

In the BMW 850 video, the narrator introduces himself as Xxxxxx from Sira car somethingorother so maybe it’s a group of people?
I think it’s him and his brother or something along those lines. Sira is a surname, but I am aware Raj is the ‘face’ of the channel and runs the social media and whatnot.
