I found this part in my trunk. Part 124890014. In the diagram, it is number 11. Description shows up as BRACKET Jack Fixture. Would appreciate if anyone could please guide me where and how it's mounted.

That attaches to the trunk and holds the end of the jack. Doesn't do a great job, in my opinion.
