E50 AMG will not start

First narrow it down to lack of fuel, lack of spark, or both. Squirt some starting fluid down the intake (MAF) and see if it fires briefly. If so, there's no fuel, next check fuel pressure at the rail. If it won't fire with starting fluid, there's no spark. Make sure DAS is not preventing the ECU from allowing the engine to fire. The red/green LED's in the mirror would flash if this were the case. If so, try your spare key.
