Anybody knows if the latest version of the M119 from the E50 or late SL will fit to the E500? Not the electrical part, as I want to use the MS3x to run the engine with 8 coil and MAF from the E50. Some modification to the exhaust system should be necessary too. But phisically it bold in or not?

Yes, since both are M119 engines, it's a bolt-in. Someone (Roger?) on the forum put an E50 engine into a 500E, it can be converted to run on the LH injection system with a lot of part swapping. If you are using MS3x you shouldn't have to swap any mechanical parts, I don't think.
