E500 Limited Shift Knob Refresh

Hiya Folks,

Shout out to Ulrich Baldeweg in Germany for his kind assistance in securing matching patterned leather for our E500 Limited. I have just received the shift lever and knob from Uli today and fitted it. Now the interior looks the part... He has posted several times and I found him through this forum - he remains to be the only person that I know that provides these items for restorations.

Uli was easy to deal with and he went to extra lengths to refurbish a lever for me and it was rather inexpensive.

Another E500 limited returned to its original specification.

Thanks for the info. I actually already emailed him. But unfortunately, he doesn’t ship to the US. Only Europe.

I could have organized the shipping for you via Norway, but I have to pay 25% VAT upon import before passing it overseas to you. So I assume that's not an option. Try to contact a German member here, maybe someone could help out.
