They are a reputable company. HOWEVER! For NLA parts, email them first and ask if they have any in stock.
I emailed them about an NLA item, asking specifically how many they had available to order, and received this useless reply:
"We get these directly from the supplier, it is not an item we stock here."
If the website says "Available from supplier", don't get too excited:
They are indeed legit, but I've maybe ordered from them once or twice over the years.
My observation is that they tend to be expensive, price-wise, as compared to other independent parts dealers (AutohauZ, FCP Yurro or RM Yurropean). That said, there are times that ECS may have something unavailable elsewhere in their stock, and you can snarf up an otherwise NLA or near-NLA part.

I'm expecting a delivey from them today as a matter of fact. I needed a special flex pipe for my 2016 Mini Countryman S All 4, one which doesn't need to be welded in place. Dealer only carries the bare bones pipe which requires welding. The dealer mechanic suggested I track down one with the upstream S pipe and a slip fit down stream connection. ECS was one of only 2 on line retailers that carry it. FCP Euro, AutohausAZ, RM European and Peach Parts do not. So I'm pleased with them. My order was quickly processed and shipped.

My experience has been exactly as gsxr and Gerry's.
I was able to get some A208 trim that was NLA everywhere else, from them.
I also noticed a more pronounced expansion in aftermarket/tuning parts offerings by them.
They also started offering the forever warranty a la FCP, IIRC.
