400E Engine whine (without belt), normal or not?

Hi guys,

I noticed an obvious whining noise from the engine lately, which still persists after removing the belt (see video).

Chain, tensioner and guides (except the two big lower guides behind the front crankcase cover) were replaced last year.

Any ideas? Maybe the oil pump, or is this normal for the M119?
