Failed Washer Bottle Level Sensor?

Behold my bottle level sensor, which seems to trigger itself pretty easily - I'll fill the tank and it seems to go off when it's still half full. I'm tempted to replace it, along with replacing the other hoses in that system, grommets, pumps, etc. Anyway, seems like it triggers at like 120mm from the bottom of the tank. I'll make use of Ricardos handy thread in this process, but curious if this is normal or too soon?

Make sure that 120mm isn't the normal level for it to trigger. IIRC this sensor has some Chicken Little built in, and normally will turn on the light when the tank is still 1/4 to 1/3 full...? Another option is to disconnect it, if you don't often use the washers and need to know when the level is low.

:scratchchin:

I think it might be the chicken little aspect I'm responding too, so I might replace it if/when I redo the whole system but I based on the above might be working fine.
