FEELER: Does anyone need an ASR+ABS Pump for their E500E?

I have an ASR+ABS pump for the E500E, as well as any 400E/E420 equipped with ASR.

Does anyone have a need for such a beast? I'm inclined to keep it in my parts stock for the coming E500E Partsapocylpse, but if someone has a MAJOR NEED for said pump, please reach out to me.

Not putting in the FOR SALE section because it's not officially on the market.

Gerry, I just found out mine appears to be leaking. I put a photo in my owner thread and was wondering if replacing it requires any special tools. I was looking around on ebay and about to buy one.

Do you know anything about the R&R process?

Short answer: I may be interested pending ability to replace

That certainly makes things easy. I was more curious about the bleeding process, i.e. bleeding the system with a "dry" pump

Sorry — I thought you were talking about the drain channels. The ABS pump only takes a 10mm socket, a small Torx (to get the cover off that houses the electrical connector) and a wrench to remove the brake lines.

I think sometimes the electric motor can go out on them.

Part number is 002 431 45 12.

The list price on a pump is $7,640. They seem to be around $200-300 used on eBay.
