If this is for a non-V8 car, just get a new limo front bar, they are still available new.

500E front bars are NLA and impossible to find used. And, they are an upgrade for the 400E... questionable benefit using a V8 bar on a non-V8 car.

500E front bars are NLA and impossible to find used. And, they are an upgrade for the 400E... questionable benefit using a V8 bar on a non-V8 car.
Based on this it isn’t clear what the actual size of the limo bar is- or which bushings to use. I know it’s an upgrade but not sure of the numbers.

I’m working on finding a w210 rear 25mm bar to go with it.
OH - sorry, you can't use the limo bar with a V8 / 400E. The 6-cyl bar won't clear the oil pan.
Other than getting a custom bar (contact @jhodg5ck at Blue Ridge MB), you're out of luck.
Not sure if the W210 rear bar (20mm, not 25mm) will clear the fuel hoses? I can't remember - search the forum and see if there is more info on the rear bar interchange. The 500E rear bar is also NLA, and again Blue Ridge may have aftermarket available.

All good info- I had spoken to David Hendy- he has a coupe with limo front and rear e55- I’ll have to see if the 210 bar fits. As far as front options or getting ahold of jhodg5ck, how does one do that? I had been texting with him a bit but communication was difficult as he didn’t message very quickly (or at all). Maybe there is a better way to communicate with him?
