Front wheel well bolts??

Removed the front wheels today to begin detailing of the front wheel well area and noticed 3 bolts on the body of the car that are getting rusty and need replacing.

After hours of scouring the internet and EPC, I can’t seem to find any information on what these are for and proper part # for replacement.

Attached pics of the 3 bolts, can anyone help??

If this is the left side of the car, I’m guessing those secure the steering box.
