Due to the visible rust, dents on the left rear sheet metal, broken fog light, possible front bumper damage, and >200kmi... I'd say $6-$7k tops. You'd be better off spending $10-$12k on a nicer car as this one could end up costing the same after it's fixed.

IMO, a car like this is a good candidate for a daily driver - cheap, and you're not worried about it getting dinged in the parking lot.
