Help with Fuel injector washers

While I’m installing my ETA I thought that I would also replace some brittle hoses in and around that location while it was all apart.

The situation I have run into is when removing the fuel injectors three of the small fiber washers on end of the injector broke in half, and I have in vain been trying to find replacements for them.
I went to the dealer this morning but was told that this is part of the injector and to get them you have to buy the whole complete injector unit at quite a considerable amount.
These washers look like they are green in color and are made out of some kind of fiber, properly heat resistant.
Any help from you all on how I might go about just buying 8 of these separately would be very helpful, or is there an alternative to this washer somewhere out there ?

Thanks

Russell

There are thick O-rings which seal the injector to the rail, these are available separately. They shouldn't break so I'm guessing this is not what you need.

There is also a plastic cap at the tip which is sort of a heat shield, I don't believe these are available from MB, but they are available via aftermarket injector shops that rebuild Bosch injectors. These can fall off or break, so this might be what you're referring to? A photo would definitely help.
