when im going 60km and than upshifts like 1st and 2nd gear it tends to try to break your neck but after car has been used like 40mins it starts to become more smooth anything i got check like enigine mount/trans.Thank you

What ATF are you using, and when was the fluid & filter last replaced? When the fluid was changed, was the converter drained too?

Also verify the vacuum line is connected from intake manifold to the modulator on the driver side of the transmission.

i need to replace all of that cuz it been sitting there for 6yrs the car has been sitting for 5yrs can u recommend me what to do and what atf to use thank you

Anything Dexron III spec is fine. Dexron VI is also acceptable, but is slightly thinner and may soften shifts - adjustment of the modulator might be needed. I prefer synthetic ATF but this isn't necessary. Old fluid can cause hard shifting, so it's a good idea to start with a complete fluid/filter change (drain the converter also!).

However, it's easy and free to check the vacuum line to the modulator...

btw what do u recommend for engine oil do i use i need a tear down of what todo after a m119 sits for 6yrs what to change and what to do i have fixed most of the electric work like turn singals that was fun finding the relay for n10

Changing ATF, including number of quarts/liters:

Nothing special is needed after sitting 6 years except fresh gasoline. Once running normally, changing the oil would be a good idea. Use a viscosity appropriate for the climate/temperatures where you live, per the owner's manual oil viscosity chart. In hot climates, probably at least a 10W-40 and up to about 20W-50.

ok i just read the thread really made me feel better about it.btw gsxr the thing u said earlier with the distrubter caps. u were spot on about the problem. since that i just cleaned but im planing to change it in future for like bremi
