Instrument Cluster Assembly Interchange :94 e420 into 92 400e

Hello Forum Friends,,,,,,
I really need to know if an Instrument Cluster Assembly from a 1994 e420 WITHOUT ASR will fit into a 1992 400e Also WITHOUT ASR ??? Is it a direct swap with All Functions,,,,,, ?? THANKS for Any knowledge/ advice / answers.,,,

It should fit seamlessly, yes.

Yep - they should even be identical part numbers, assuming both are from the same region (i.e., USA).

However a Japan cluster won't work in a Euro car, or vice-versa, because the gearing was different (even though both have kph speedos).
