Hi i am search of an Datasheet from our own LH-Airflowmeter i mean ist heart of the name HFM1 by Bosch partsnumber mb 000-094-01-48 or Bosch 0-280-214-004 and follows.

the Reason is i have 3 here and i will built an flowbench to select the mistakes . And how the partnumbers are make an difference.
i have not found on i-net .example what is the max measure range up to 640 or 1080kg/h
