Any chance you could measure the wire diameter with a caliper (should be around 16.1 mm or so for front springs), and the total free length?

Oh weird. That is very different than the AMG, H&R, and Brabus [front] springs.

Can you confirm the OD of the coil is 110mm and not 100mm?

EDIT: Google search indicates these are likely rear springs / 100mm outer diameter.

yeah these are rear ones!

Still dont get it, sorry i am german. Lacking some English language skills in this department. Diameter of the spring is 15mm at the thickest points.

Idk where you get 100 and 110mm from
 
Ah, they are rear springs - that makes sense! I was thinking they were front springs (my mistake).

Front springs are ~110mm OD. Here's a diagram of the 100mm outer diameter:
