M119 6.0 pistons what do they look like ?

As the title says, does anyone have pictures of the Pistons from a 500 AMG 6.0?

A seller is claiming their 500e has the AMG 6.0 engine. No paper to back it up though

They took a borescope and They’ve shown me a picture of their piston top, which has round indent, and looks different from the traditional M119 piston top That has a rectangular indent between the valves (sample factory m119 pic attached here )

Does anyone have pictures of the AMG 6.0 pistons? Are these custom pistons? Could they be renntech?

Piston appearance is irrelevant. You need a measurement of the stroke. Whatever car is for sale, have you searched the VIN on this forum?

AMG 6.0L engines are stamped by AMG... no stamps, no AMG engine. These will also have AMG-marked camshafts.

I'm not familar with the round-indentation pistons. Wonder if those are the lower-compression pistons? Weird.

Not uncommon, look at this SL500 I found with a "RARE its a Mercedes produced (@200 made?) V8 that are 6000 cc" :)

A reg check shows it as 5973cc so it is a typo on the documentation from DVLA for an M119

"Mercedes 500SL 1998 v low 60k no rust- in dry garage in spain since 2001' only been driven to golf courses -RARE its a Mercedes produced (@200 made?)V8 that are 6000 cc,its says on v5 that its 6 litre,im not sure tho' u canncheck if u want,im saying wats on V5 m being honest,i know its very fast yet refined,i actually had 158 mph on speedo once with top down...,it still had @500 rpm to go as well, anyway has mercedes service history, new tyres, discs n pads, drop links etc done on mot, needs few scuff n light scratches done(£400 inc polish),dont have hard top as was hassle, its all original and very rare oppertunity, offers @25k no silly offers, hard to find a better one a enjoyable, awesome mercedes investment.pls no timewaster ,no joy riders,£2500 deposit ,transfer balance."

I think it’s a typo between the liters and the V5 designation. Plus NO pics or proof of an AMG motor. Actually, NO pics of the motor at all. Nobody in his right mind with a 6 liter AMG motor would be giving it up for £24.5K.

Yes correct Terry, it is 100% NOT a 6L AMG car and the explanation by the seller is laughable.

All the SL60s are 5956cc which I assume is the same for all AMG converted 4973cc M119s.
