Mercedes Enthusiast magazine is closing down

FYI - Mercedes Enthusiast, the British MB mag, is closing down and has issued its last issue (Winter 2025). It will be folded into its sister magazine, Classic Mercedes, which will take over its bi-monthly publication schedule (Classic Mercedes was previously published quarterly).

Seems that most of the editorial staff will remain the same or carry over (the mags shared a lot of staff anyway).

I can roll with that. I've always thought they were duplicative, as the only MB I cared to read about were the Classic Mercedes. Apparently I'm not alone. Most of the Mercedes Enthusiast issues I've downloaded or articles I've read have been about classics or "new classics". So I'm good with this.

Thanks @gerryvz

Also, MB Enthusiast subsriptions, rather than being rolled into or extending existing Classic Mercedes subscriptions, have been transferred to another more general (all marques) magazine from this same publisher. I received the first issue a few weeks ago of this other pub, and honestly it's of very limited value. I'll let the subscription that I've paid for run its course, and then expire, but will continue to maintain my subscription to Classic Mercedes.

I see they're running a Tribute to "Styling Genius" Bruno Sacco for Issue 50, Spring 2025. When I went to go check and see what's new, I got the attached. Indeed Classic Mercedes is all there is. I get mine through PocketMags, so I don't have to do anything except keep buying the ones I want (like this Sacco Tribute, of course).

OK, brilliant... I just made more work for myself this weekend... found out I can do this on my Mac.

Let's see if it works on this forum.

If so, cheers and enjoy,
