Need Help Disabling DRL option

Hey guys I have the Euro Canadian option of having my headlights constantly on which is annoying and I would like to disable that option if anyone knows of an easy way of doing that let me know. I did not see any fuses for that option.
Ideally I want to be able to drive with my ambers and fog lights on if I want to .
