No start after doing shopping

Quite an adventure. Filled up the 400e, went to Target. Came out, no start. Checked to fuel pump relay, it clicked but no pumps. Pulled the relay connector apart to manually power the pumps and it ran. Had my son ride in the back seat holding the two wires together, got home and put in another relay. No dice. Dropped in a spare ecu, fired right up.

Ordered new capacitors. Anyone know how to do this kind of delicate solder work? I can solder wiring well but I’ve never done circuit boards.
