500E not start. Just with brake cleaner :)

Do the fuel pumps run for 2 seconds when you turn the key on?

Have you checked for pressure at the fuel rail?

What happens if you TEMPORARILY jumper the fuel pump relay to force the fuel pumps on?

Yes, green relay under the back seat. Check pressure at the fuel rail first, if there's no pressure when cranking, then try bypassing the relay with a jumper across the +12V hot-at-all-times lead from the battery, to the socket which feeds the pump. Don't do this any longer than needed for a test!

:shocking:

hy. I have new relay. But when I turn on the ignition, the pump only turns on once. If I turn on the load a second time, the pump does not turn on. Only if I remove the battery cap and put it back and turn on the ignition does the pump turn on.
