Opinions needed on new shoes in transit

Been pseudo daily driving "Elsa", am glad that I never got close to selling her. What was I thinking?!?! So now looking to invest in some mods. Steering wheel/ know conversion to wood/leather and exhaust on my list, but first wanted to go back to 18s as the 19s I have on, coupled with the #1 pads all around, look great but rides a bit harsher than I want.

So, bought the AMG Mono IIs that aldedmon was selling, and since i need to fix the minor curbage will potentially repaint. Opinions on whether I should:
1) paint silver?
2) powder coat silver?
3) polish lip and paint? (leaning this direction)

Any pics of the polished lip and silver paint on a lowered 500E would be much appreciated...

AMG mono IIs, 18x9, painted centers with polished lips. For what it's worth, that would be my choice. Powder coated paint is applied rather thickly and can reduce the sharpness of lines / edges. Also adds a bit more weight, however small. IMHO, standard quality paint is fine considering there would be none on the outer rim. Even more so for a non daily driver. Nice wheel choice.
