Radio removal keys (No not those ones) - For early R129

Has anyone got a link to where I could buy, or an actual set they could give me the sizes of so I could make something, for the radio removal keys for an early (1990) R129 SL ? The keys look like a pair of open ended spanners with cranked ends and are inserted in the slim gap between the base of the radio and the centre console wood, the retaining clip stick up and latch into the bottom of the radio, not the sides.

The tools are seen very briefly on the video about R129 centre console removal on you tube. I belive a similar set up is used on certain years of W124s but in this case you can remove the ashtray to access the clips

They are NOT the knife blade style with the loops that we are all used to

Many thanks for any help that anyone can offer

No they look like a thin open ended spanner that is cranked
Even so called specialists in the UK dont know
I dont want to mess about too much as it would be very easy to damage
the wood console
If any early R129 owners have a work round I am all ears
Thank you for posting Graeme Johnson

I got this out today
There were clips on the sides so I did need the blade type tools that push in the slots
in the front that had been tried loads of times with no joy
BUT
There were also two clips on the bottom fixed to the centre console these had to be
released as well as they lock into the base of the radio
I will put some pictures up as it may help others

Here are the pictures of my radio set up
The locks at each side that use the blade type keys we are all familiar with
The 2 locks fitted to the base of the radio slot in the centre console
A close up of one of the bottom locks showing the tab that has to be pressed down to release the lock
The two square holes on the base of the radio that the clips on the bottom locate in to
As always you radio, model year or market version may differ

I removed these clips from the console, I dont think radio theft is what it was
Here are some extra pictures which may help if you are struggling to get a radio out
